Appleton man arrested for 4th OWI

DeForest (WKOW) -- Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post arrested an Appleton man for his 4th OWI Offense Saturday morning.

Richard J. Bayer, 50-year-old of Appleton, was arrested near 12 EB at HWY 51 around 3:18 a.m. for speeding.
