MADISON (WKOW) -- The man charged in Madison's first murder of the year is headed to trial.
A judge found enough evidence Tuesday to bind over Edgar Ivan Salinas-Leal. He is charged with first degree intentional homicide and four other felonies.
The Wisconsin State Journal reports Salinas-Leal entered not guilty pleas to the charges.
He is accused of shooting and killing Darrell Ballweg at their home on White Aspen Road on February 3.
