MADISON (WKOW) -- Police are investigating a recent string of robberies at two different Madison gyms.
On February 2, three women were victimized at the Princeton Club, on Watts Road, and on February 3, three more women reported someone got into their parked vehicles at the YMCA, on Cottage Grove Road.
In all the cases, keys were taken from locker rooms, with several women reporting money was stolen from purses they had left inside locked vehicles. In a couple of cases, nothing appeared to be missing.
Some stolen keys were recovered, but not all.
