
MADISON (WKOW) -- Leaders with Verify The Recall say they are in the final stages of testing a program that would create a searchable database of all signatures submitted in the Wisconsin gubernatorial and state Senator recalls.
They say it would be accessible to everyone, however, there is no firm launch date.
Verify The Recall says it empowers people who chose not to sign the petitions, to find out if fraudulent signatures are listed with their name or address.
Also, people who have been granted confidential voting status, can send a written request to keep their names private. They say they need the requests by Wednesday, March 7.
