Man to enter plea for hacking into celeb e-mails

LOS ANGELES (WKOW) -- A Florida man is headed to court Monday on charges he hacked into the email accounts of such celebrities as Scarlett Johansson, whose nude photos eventually landed on the Internet.

A plea agreement was filed last week. It said that Christopher Chaney will enter a guilty plea to nine counts.

Chaney's attorney declined to comment about the number of felony counts involved.

Prosecutors said Chaney hacked into the email accounts of Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis and Johansson. Nude photos Johansson had taken of herself were later posted on the Internet.

The maximum prison term facing Chaney on the nine felony counts is 60 years.
