MADISON (WKOW) -- The "Go Red Girlfriends" are continuing to make progress in their BetterU Challenge.
On Tuesday night, they got some lessons in nutrition.
Many of the women say with the diet and exercise changes they've already made, they have more energy, stamina and a more positive outlook. And they plan to keep it that way.
"This is something that's not going to end at the luncheon. I'm hoping to follow through with this. I'd like to make it a lifelong situation," said challenger Gloria Ott.
