UPDATE: Man to be arrested after SUV hits Zor Shrine building
MADISON (WKOW) --Madison police plan to arrest a man who they say was high on heroin when his SUV ran off the Beltline and into the Zor Shrine building.
Officers say the SUV was westbound Wednesday afternoon when it sideswiped another vehicle, went into the median and came back across both lanes before crashing through a fence and running into the building.
The driver, 23-year-old Nicholas Klamer, was taken to the hospital.
Police say they suspect Klamer was under the influence of heroin.
He'll be arrested after he's released from the hospital.
