Sun Prairie girls soccer tops Monona Grove 2-1

SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- The Sun Prairie High School girls soccer team overcame a 1-0 defecit at halftime to beat Monona Grove on Friday night. The Silver Eagles' Shanda Roeming scored MG's only goal, but the Lady Cardinals two second half goals were enough to get the win and improve to 6-1 on the season. Sun Prairie lost its first game of the season the night before, on Thursday, 1-0 to Verona.
