A Lake Mills man is arrested for 5th OWI

MADISON (WKOW) – A Dane County Sheriff's Office Deputy arrested a Lake Mills man for his 5th OWI Offense on Sunday.

A deputy found Donald W. Happ passed out in his vehicle around 5:45 a.m. in the parking lot of the Yahara Golf Course.

The 38-year-old was arrested after failing to complete sobriety tests and is currently at the Dane County Jail.
