SPRINGFIELD, ILL. (WKOW) -- Gov. Scott Walker spoke to the Illinois Chamber of Commerce in Springfield on Tuesday.
The event's audience greeted Walker with a standing ovation. Outside, a crowd of nearly 1,000 protesters gathered.
Walker told reporters the event was a campaign stop meant to show voters that his reform policies in Wisconsin are working.
