Madison police search for theft and fraud suspect


MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in locating a suspect in a theft and fraud.

On Thursday, April 2, two victims on the west side of Madison had their wallets stolen while at work. The female suspect then proceeded to use the victim's credit cards to buy several thousand dollars worth of electronics within a span on a few hours.

The suspect is a black woman, 5'08, 190 pounds, with red hair. She was last seen wearing white and black spotted pants and a black shirt.

The suspect was last seen leaving the area in what appears to be a dark grey Dodge Charger with tinted windows.
