MIDDLETON (WKOW) -- There is only a couple weeks left in the "Go Red for Women Girlfriends Challenge."
Over the course of 12 weeks, nine women are working their way toward better health.
Wednesday, 27 News visited team Waist Watchers at the gym.
Four nights a week, Yolanda McCowan, Sue Stumpf and Shari Taylor head over to Core Athletic in Middleton.
Just like the other two teams, they do some strength training and get to work alongside personal trainers to help them reach their fitness goals.
So far it's all working.
Shari says, "I make more of a commitment to exercise. I pay more attention to what goes in my mouth. And I also try to pass that onto my daughter and my family to get them to eat healthy as well."
