Former Badger C Peter Konz selected 55th by Falcons

NEW YORK (WKOW) -- The Atlanta Falcons selected former Wisconsin center Peter Konz with the 55th overall selection in the 2nd round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Konz was projected as a possible 1st round selected, but had to wait until for the Falcons to snag him. Konz is the second Badger selected in the draft, after Kevin Zeitler went to the Bengals with the 27th selection in round one.
