MADISON (WKOW) -- Democratic challenger Mahlon Mitchell has only raised about one-quarter of the money incumbent Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch has collected in their recall election race.
Mitchell's pre-primary campaign finance report shows he has raised $135,563 this year, compared to about $585,000 for Lt. Gov. Kleefisch.
Mitchell will face Lt. Gov. Kleefisch in the general election on June 5, assuming he survives a challenge from a fake Democrat in the May 8 primary.
