WAUKESHA (WKOW) -- Gov. Scott Walker was in Waukesha on Wednesday morning, as a small concrete business announced new jobs.
Walker says when businesses like Spancrete in Waukesha step up to bring more people in, other businesses will follow suit and do the same.
The concrete maker says it is recalling nearly 60 laid-off workers and adding 30 more jobs, bringing its total workforce to 355.
Walker says he applauds announcements of even small job creation in the state because it sends a message that Wisconsin is a good place to do business.
