Reedsburg man arrested for 5th OWI

COLUMBIA (WKOW) – The Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post arrested a Reedsburg man for his 5th OWI on Friday.

James W. Parker, 33-years-old, was arrested around 10:50 p.m. on Friday for driving under the influence.

Authorities said a Wisconsin State Trooper initiated a traffic stop because Parker was not wearing his seatbelt.
