Few undecided in upcoming recall election - WKOW 27: Madison, WI Breaking News, Weather and Sports

RACINE (WKOW) – With only a few days left before the Wisconsin Democrats pick their candidate to face Gov. Scott Walker in the upcoming recall election, the number of undecided voters is tiny.

Recent polls indicate the undecided, those who haven't decided whether to support the Republican governor, may amount to only a few percent of the electorate.

With the race considered a toss-up, the opposing campaigns are trying to hone arguments that will win over the wavering.

Some undecided voters said they believe Walker was too harsh in stripping public employees of their union rights, but consider the Democratic candidates uninspiring.

Others supported Walker's anti-union tactics but wonder whether someone else might do better with the economy.

The June 5 recall election is being closely watched as a national battle over union rights.
