FORT WAYNE, INDIANA (WKOW) -- Police arrest an Indiana man after they say he drove three blocks with four children strapped to the hood of his car.
Fort Wayne police spokesman John Chambers says the man was charged with drunk driving. Chambers says a witness called police Monday after seeing a man and a woman strap the kids to the car in a liquor store parking lot, then drove away.
The Journal Gazette reports the children are four, five, six, and seven years old. They were not hurt.
Police didn't identify the man or the woman. The woman was questioned by police. Officers did call the Department of Child Services.
