
DE PERE (WKOW) -- A De Pere man has been charged with his 11th OWI offense.
Fifty-five-year-old Patrick Moore refused to complete a field sobriety test or preliminary breath test after rear-ending a sport utility vehicle Wednesday afternoon. The man fell off his motorcycle while talking to a police officer, repeated himself and slurred his words.
After he was submitted to a blood test at a hospital. He was charged with felony operating while intoxicated.
The man has 10 prior OWI convictions ranging from 1989 to 2006. He had a valid driver's license when he was arrested Wednesday.
