
MADISON (WKOW) -- The Department of Public Health is looking for information about a dog that bit a man on Friday.
The dog is described as a small poodle type dog. The incident happened between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the 200 block of East Mifflin Street in Madison.
The man was bitten while he was walking past the dog.
Public health officials say if the dog is not located the victim may be required to complete a series of injections to prevent rabies.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the police and fire dispatcher at 608-255-2345.
