LOS ANGELES (WKOW) -- The celebrities on "Dancing with the Stars" have come a long way from where they started. It's not easy getting them to learn the perfect form.
The pros certainly have their work cut out for them.
Sometimes, it takes some quiet time for the pros to map out the dance, without their partners around to them think about where they need to improve.
"The technique side of it he needs to watch it because he is so built at the top and he's so muscley and the shoulders come up and they get a bit slouched. So he needs to keep working on that," says Peta Murgatroyd of partner Donald Driver.
Every couple works harder, each week.
Mark Ballas says, "Consistent hard work and practice and doing our best to take on the character and not let the adrenaline get the better of you."
Tristan MacManus agrees, "We can only try our best and work hard. And that's what we did, and the rest is up to everyone else unfortunately."
It doesn't always work out and they don't always get along.
But they keep each other in line.
Derek Hough says of Maria Menounos, "For me, I'm such a scatter brain. To have someone who's got it together a little bit, and she's organized and takes care of herself, it's pretty inspiring."
In the end, they all become one big family.
