MONROE COUNTY (WKOW) -- A military vehicle was involved in a crash that shut down westbound I-90 in Monroe County.
The Wisconsin State Patrol was called to the crash around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, near Grover Road near Oakdale.
Troopers say a paint crew was setting up to begin painting the interstate. A vehicle equipped with a crash attenuator was protecting the crew with its strobes and arrow boards activated. That's when a military vehicle ran into the back of the truck and came to rest in the middle of the roadway.
The State Patrol says no one was hurt.
The interstate was shut down for about 90 minutes while the scene was cleared.
