
ENGLEWOOD, Fla. (WKOW) – "Queen of Disco" Donna Summer died Thursday after battling cancer.
Summer, 63, was a five-time Grammy award winner who became a disco icon in the 1970s for her hits like, "Last Dance, "Bad Girls," and "Love to Love you Baby." She was also the first artist to have three consecutive double albums reach No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard chart.
Summer is survived by her husband, Bruce Sudano, three children, and four grandchildren.
