LOS ANGELES (WKOW) -- You may have seen the series finale of "Missing" on WKOW Thursday night. What you may not have known, is that one of the stars of the show is from Madison.
Nick Eversman plays Ashley Judd's son, Michael, on the show. But the 26-year-old is was born in Madison.
"I got involved in acting when I was 5 years old. I studied at The Second City, studied improv for six years in Chicago."
Since then, Nick has landed roles in a number of feature films and television series. His first big role was in the film "The Runaways" with Kristen Stewart.
Recently, he's been working alongside one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood.
"It's a little intimidating at times because she's one of the most intelligent actresses, or people in general I've worked with. She took care of me when I was overseas and I got homesick," he says of Judd.
"Missing" was shot at a number of locations in Europe, so Nick can now add world traveler to his resume. But, there's still no place like home.
"Hopefully I'm going camping in Wisconsin this year for a few weeks," says Nick. "It's just kind of a big family type atmosphere, so I guess if anything influenced me it would be the people, which I love."
He hasn't let his success go to his head.
"I love what I do. I enjoy every minute of it. It really is a dream come true the whole thing. I couldn't be happier," says Nick.
"Missing" was not renewed for another season on ABC, but you can catch Nick in a new movie set to come out next year. It's called "Deep Dark Canyon."
