
JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- The Janesville Police Department is looking for a suspect involved in an armed robbery on Saturday.
The incident occurred around 11:45 a.m. at Anchor Bank on the 2000 block of Holiday Drive.
Police said the man demanded money from the clerk and threatened that he had an armed firearm. The robber was handed an unverified amount of cash and fled the scene. They believe he left the scene in a possible silver Toyota Corolla. The vehicle was last seen south bound on Lexington Drive.
Police said the suspect is a white male wearing a black Mac Tools baseball cap, long sleeve white T-shirt and tan shorts.
