
MADISON (WKOW) -- Wisconsin is known for its dairy products and farms. June is Dairy Month, and in honor of that, you can help celebrate all things dairy at the annual Dane County Breakfast on the Farm.
This year's celebrations mark the 34th annual breakfast, sponsored by the Dane County Dairy Promotion Committee, Kellercrest Registered Holsteins, Tim & Sandy Keller and Mark & Kareen Keller. The breakfast will take place at the Keller farm on 1141 City Rd JG South, in Mt Horeb, WI.
You and your family can sample a wonderful dairy breakfast from 7:30 a.m. till noon that includes, pancakes, cheesy scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese of many varieties, ice cream, milk and coffee. In addition, you can sample other dairy products at the Expo Area. If you're interested, event admission includes parking, breakfast, and all entertainment and activities. The prices are as follows: kids under two are free; kids 2 to 11 are $4.00, and kids and adults 12 an up are $7.00.
The event activities and entertainment include, the crowning of Dane County's Fairest of the Fair, a Bucky Badger appearance and self-guided farm tours among other things. For more information you can go to the website: www.danecountydairy.com.
