
LA CROSSE (WKOW) -- New charges are filed against the twenty-year-old who allegedly stole a camcorder and then taunted police.
Houaka Yang filmed himself revealing his name and admitting to the theft.
Prosecutors in La Crosse say Yang was first charged with carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of being party to misdemeanor theft.
Yang and another teenager are accused of breaking into unlocked cars.
Police believe they were stealing GPS units, cash and anything of value.
A surveillance video allegedly shows them stealing a camcorder from one car.
Police used the video to arrest them and return the camcorder.
