JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- The Rock County Sheriff's Department says deputies arrested a man Saturday on suspicion of his fifth OWI.
Around 3:40 p.m., deputies working the Southern Wisconsin AirFest noticed a man who drove his motorcycle into a restricted portion of the airport. When deputies made contact with Anthony Werner, 51, he admitted to drinking and operating the motorcycle.
Officers arrested Werner after taking him through field sobriety tests.
Additional tests showed Werner had a 0.21 blood alcohol concentration.
Werner was taken to the Rock County Jail where he received citations for his fifth OWI offense, operating while revoked and having a prohibited alcohol concentration. He'll have his initial appearance in court on Tuesday, May 29.
