
JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A Rock County man was arrested for 4th offense, Operating while Intoxicated Sunday night after a motorcycle accident put two in the hospital.
Rock County officials responded to a motorcycle accident involving injuries at 5971 North County Highway F in Janesville around 6 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Aaron Kahl, and a passenger were transported to Mercy Hospital for their injuries.
After receiving statements from the passenger, speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors to the accident. Kahl was arrested for his 4th offense OWI, Operating while suspended and Failure to Have Control of a Motor vehicle.
The passenger was treated and released for minor cuts and abrasions, while Kahl is listed as in stable condition. When Kahl is released from the hospital, he will be processed at the Rock County Jail and will appear in court on an initial appearance.
