Elkhorn man arrested for 9th OWI

MILTON (WKOW) -- An Elkhorn man has been arrested for 9th offense OWI.

Milton police stopped Alfonso Carlos Loayza, 47, for speeding on Highway 26 Saturday night.

Police say he was under the influence of intoxicants and taken to the Rock County Jail.
