MADISON (WKOW) -- Governor Scott Walker and Mayor Tom Barrett are front and center in the recall election, but there's also an independent candidate running.
Hari Trivedi is a kidney specialist at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Some political observers say he could be a spoiler in the race.
Trivedi agrees that he could take away just enough votes from Walker or Barrett to impact the results.
"Well, I think I'll get votes from both camps, I don't think I'm going to get votes predominantly from one side which could make this potentially true," the Brookfield doctor said.
Trivedi said he's a non-partisan breath of fresh air, which is what the state needs.
