Monroe Balloon Rally - WKOW 27: Madison, WI Breaking News, Weather and Sports

MONROE (WKOW) -- Father's Day is this Sunday and instead of giving dad the usual tie or T-shirt, you can give him an experience of a lifetime. The sky is literally the limit this holiday weekend, at the Monroe Balloon Rally.

Wake Up Wisconsin's Elishah Oesch headed out to Green County Fairgrounds Friday morning to preview the event and get a view from up above!

You and your family can join in the fun and take a hot air balloon ride this weekend. Some of the new items this year include, paid passenger rides from June 15-17, and tethered balloon rides from 5 p.m. till 9 p.m. on June 15 and 16. You can also enjoy music and the beer garden, including The Jimmy's and Rev Raven. The kids can enjoy laser tag and mazes. There's even a juggling act. In addition, to the new items there will also be two balloon glows and three scheduled balloon flights. A car show is set for Saturday, June 16.
