UPDATE: Models added to Toyota investigation

WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- Federal officials have expanded an investigation into some Toyota vehicles. 

Investigators are looking into electrical fires that can spark in the driver's door armrest when the power window switch overheats.

Safety officials say their investigation has expanded to include 600,000 Camrys, Camry hybrids, RAV4's and Yaris vehicles from model years 2007 through 2009 and 2008 Highlander Hybrids.

The investigation now includes 1.4 million cars and SUVs.
