Launch of Biden's "1 is 2 Many" campaign against dating violence

WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- You'll soon see a new public service announcement (PSA) that takes a stand against dating violence.

It's all part of Vice President Joe Biden's "1 is 2 Many" campaign. During today's event, Biden spoke about how prevalent violence is against women.

"Nearly one in five college women, for example, will face sexual assault during their college career," Biden said."Guys these just aren't statistics. They're people you know."

David Beckham and Eli Manning are among several athletes who will join the president and vice president in the PSA. The announcements are expected to air this summer on several sports channels.
