BURLINGTON (WKOW) -- Republican State Representative Robin Vos is dropping out of a court case involving the state's Voter ID law.
Vos and Independent Representative Bob Ziegelbauer were trying to intervene. But, ethical questions were raised about their involvement, specifically about whether they were receiving free legal help.
Ziegelbauer dropped out Wednesday.
Vos says he originally received guidance from the Government Accountability Board that he could intervene in the case, but said the GAB decided differently in its final ruling.
