Blogger reports Congressman Ryan is being vetted as GOP VP

MADISON (WKOW) -- A blogger for the publication, the National Review reported Friday that Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan is being vetted for the Republican Vice Presidential nomination.

Ryan was on stage with presumptive GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney just last week when Romney campaigned in Janesville.

National Review blogger, Robert Costa, writes that Ryan has submitted paperwork to the Romney campaign as part of the background check process.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio is also being vetted for GOP Vice President.
