MADISON (WKOW) -- The third annual Tempo Showcase is gearing up to take place at Monona Terrace. On Sunday, July 29, Tempo Ballroom and Latin Dance Studio will hold the event to benefit Agrace HospiceCare. WKOW's own, Elishah Oesch will perform in the showcase to help raise funds for HospiceCare.
Daytime performances begin at 10:00 a.m. with amateur freestyle dancing events followed by solo routines. The evening portion of the event starts at 5:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour on the Grand Terrace overlooking Lake Monona. A sit-down dinner is available, followed by general dancing and a special pro-am and professional show. The evening's highlight showcases Eulia Baranovsky and Max Sinista, up-and-coming American Smooth competitors.
Guests can also participate in a silent auction with all proceeds benefiting the patients and families served by Agrace HospiceCare, south central Wisconsin's nonprofit community-based hospice since 1978. Full-day spectator tickets are $90.00 and provide access from 10:00 a.m – 10:00 p.m. Tickets for daytime performances only (10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) are $25.00.
Dinner and the evening show can be enjoyed by spectators with a $65.00 ticket, and tickets for the evening show alone are $40.00. For ticket reservations and corporate sponsorship information, please call the studio at (608) 833-3320 or e-mail
