MADISON (WKOW) -- Organizers are looking for runners to sign up for this year's Madison Mini Marathon.

The half marathon takes place Saturday, August 18. Race time is 7:00 a.m.

This event features not only the half marathon, but a 5K and a kids race.

A portion of the proceeds go to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, which will support the Healthy Women, Healthy Babies fund.
