MADISON (WKOW) -- More than half dozen restraining order requests against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky have been filed with federal courts across the country, with one Ohio magistrate ruling a request frivolous, and a Madison filing being brought into question.
The request filed by a Philadelphia man Wednesday in the federal court's western district in Madison claimed the man was the cousin of a former Badger football player, and was sexually touched by Sandusky during a 2002 Wisconsin-Penn State game at Camp Randall stadium.
When contacted by 27 News, the former player said he had no cousin in Philadelphia.
A directory check of the address for the man who filed the request with the Madison-based court listed a Philadelphia comedy club as connected to the address.
Other complaints filed with federal court districts from Portland to Atlanta used similar type-face, were all filed by individuals without attorneys, all claimed indigency, and all made claims against Sandusky and desired protection from him.
A filing with an Ohio-based court was submitted by someone named Tom N. Jerry.
Madison attorney, and former federal prosecutor Chris Van Wagner said if someone filed these court requests falsely, accusations of contempt, false swearing or even conspiracy were potentially available to judges and prosecutors, if there was identification of the person or people responsible.

MADISON (WKOW) -- A federal court filing in Madison requesting a restraining order against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky includes a representation disputed by a former Badgers football player.
The request was filed Tuesday in the Western District of federal court by a Philadelphia man who states he is the cousin of a former Badgers football player. The court filing states the man was sexually touched in a bathroom by Sandusky during a Wisconsin-Penn State football game in 2002 at Camp Randall Stadium.
When 27 News contacted the former player Wednesday, the player said he is unaware of any family relationship with, or knowledge of the Philadelphia man, and declined further comment.
A restraining order request against Sandusky was also filed with a federal court in Indiana Wednesday by another Philadelphia man, alleging he was a relative of a former Penn State official, and was sexually molested by Sandusky.

WHTM-TV in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is reporting a Philadelphia man has filed a preliminary injunction in federal court, seeking a restraining order against Jerry Sandusky in the wake of his conviction last Friday on 45 counts of child sexual abuse.
The television station reports the one-page document was filed in U.S. District Court in the Western District of Wisconsin on Tuesday, and alleges Sandusky molested and threatened the victim during a Penn State vs. Wisconsin football game in 2002.
The man, who is a relative of a Wisconsin player, appears to have drafted the injunction himself, saying he faces "imminent danger" due to an incident during the third quarter of the game, which occurred on October 5, 2002, while he was using a urinal inside Camp Randall Stadium.
WHTM posted the following from the injunction"
"While urinating, I was approached by defendant Jerry Sandusky who said he was traveling with Penn State and asked me if I wanted a signed Joe Paterno autograph, and I told him to leave me alone because I was peeing, and Sandusky said to me 'let me touch it' and reached in the urinal and grabbed my penis, further {sic} saying to me 'let me make your sexual fantasy's come trlje {sic}.' I told him stop molesting me and I'm reporting him to the police. Sandusky then left but gave me a fair warning, 'If you tell a soul I tocuhed {sic} your penis, I will kill you' and left."
The man goes on to say that after the game he told his relative and then-head coach Barry Alvarez, Brian White and Kevin Cosgrove.
Sandusky's defense attorney Karl Rominger told abc27 he does not believe this claim to be true, and said these types of legal actions are expected after a big verdict.
"This is Pandora's Box that's been opened," he said. "Once the jury convicted Jerry Sandusky, there will be what people consider to be legitimate claims, and then there will be 100 illegitimate claims, but they will all seem alike factually. Fortunately this is one that's a little out there and I think everyone can dismiss."
