Memorial High School student shares experience at NASA

MADISON (WKOW) -- A Memorial High School student is back from Houston, Texas after learning more about space through NASA with more than 80 other students from 29 states.

Trang Nguyen joined us on Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend, to share her experience. She said a big focus during her time there, was to learn more about what it would take to send astronauts to Mars, and keep them there for a long period of time.

She says she hopes to have a future career with NASA, from the experience.
