PARIS (WKOW) -- Warner Bros. has canceled Friday night's Paris premiere of The Dark Knight Rises after a mass shooting during the movie in Colorado.
According to www.examiner.com and other online sources, Warner Bros. has also pulled a trailer for one of its new movies because one scene is similar to what happened early Friday morning. The trailer for Gangster Squad was being shown before the new Batman movie at many theaters across the country. One scene shows gunmen opening fire inside a packed movie theater.
In New York City, police have increased their presence at theaters playing the movie.
