
FITCHBURG (WKOW) -- Fitchburg Police arrest a man for armed robbery.
Authorities were called to the Popeye's Chicken on the 2800 block of Fish Hatchery Road at 11:41 p.m. Friday night.
Officials say the man showed a knife and demanded money.
The suspect fled the scene but officers were able to locate the man and arrest him.
Authorities identified the suspect as 42-year-old James Davis of Madison.
He's at Dane County Jail on a probation hold.
Armed robbery charges are pending.
