MADISON (WKOW) -- This year's second Ride the Drive in Madison is Sunday and it has a twist. It's going to be on the city's north side this time.
Before, the event has only been held downtown.
During Ride the Drive, about five miles of streets are closed off to cars and open to bikers, skaters, walkers or runners.
If you live on the north side or you plan to be in that area on Sunday, you'll want to plan ahead. Parts of main roads like Troy Drive, Northport Drive and N. Sherman Avenue will be closed off from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. Click here to see a map of the route.
Buses that normally stop on that stretch of Sherman Ave. will be detoured to stops on Aberg Ave. and Packers Ave. Click here for to see the Metro Transit detours.
