
MADISON (WKOW) -- A Dane County judge has ordered Jesus Castillo-Dimas' case to go to trial.
Castillo-Dimas is accused of running over his ex-girlfriend and their 2-year-old son with an SUV on July 9. The little boy, Yandel Castillo-Castillo was killed. Investigators say Castillo-Dimas also stabbed his ex, Maria Castillo-Castillo and her new boyfriend.
He is charged with first degree intentional homicide, attempted first degree intentional homicide and two counts of attempting homicide with the use of a dangerous weapon.

MADISON (WKOW) -- The father accused of running over his young son and killing him will have a preliminary hearing Thursday morning.
Thirty-year-old Jesus Castillo-Dimas is charged with first degree intentional homicide, attempted first degree intentional homicide, and two counts of attempting homicide with the use of a dangerous weapon.
Fitchburg police say on July 9, Castillo-Dimas ran over his ex-girlfriend and their two-year-old son with an SUV. The little boy, Yandel Castillo-Castillo was killed. Investigators say Castillo-Dimas also stabbed his ex, Maria Castillo-Castillo and her new boyfriend.
Castillo-Dimas' preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
