TAMPA, Fla. (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin delegation to the Republican National Convention is buzzing about Gov. Scott Walker's speech scheduled for Tuesday night.

Gov. Walker (R-Wisconsin) will speak to the full convention sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. CST.

First Lady Tonette Walker spoke with 27 News Tuesday morning, saying she was very excited.

Mrs. Walker says she expects her husband to focus on his reforms in Wisconsin and on the character of vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan, of Janesville.

At a Tuesday morning breakfast, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) told the delegation it's still their job to inform and persuade voters to join the Romney-Ryan ticket, joking, "I know you're all worn out from all this endless campaigning. Tough!."

The delegation will spend the rest of Tuesday morning touring a craftsman home built for disabled war veterans in the Tampa area. Gov. Walker is expected to join them.

Capitol Bureau Chief Greg Neumann is in Tampa and will have reports from the RNC on 27 News at 5, 6 and 10. Follow Greg on Twitter: @gneumann_wkow
