TAMPA (WKOW) -- Less than 12 hours after telling a nationwide audience that her husband would not fail as President of the United States, Ann Romney hosted a Women for Romney breakfast with Janna Ryan.
An estimated 800 people showed up to hear the wives of the GOP presidential and vice presidential nominees.
While Ann Romney addressed the crowd at-length and was joined onstage by her daughters-in-law and grandchildren, Janna Ryan spoke for less than a minute on the same day her husband, Paul, will give a much longer speech to the Republican National Convention.
A small portion of the Wisconsin delegation attended the breakfast, including Sen. Alberta Darling (R-River Falls) and Sen. Leah Vukmir (R-Wauwatosa).
