JOLIET, IL (WKOW)-- Closing arguments start Tuesday in the case against Drew Peterson.
This is the sixth week of a trial, to determine if the former Illinois police officer murdered his third wife, Kathleen Savio. She was found dead in her bathtub in 2004.
Defense attorneys will emphasize a lack of physical evidence. But prosecutors say circumstantial evidence points to Peterson. Peterson has pleaded not guilty to charges.
