DE PERE (WKOW) -- A new football season brings a new playground to a Green Bay area park.
A welcome addition, courtesy of the Packers.
The team has made it a tradition to build a playground the week of the season opener.
This year, Packers offensive linemen Marshall Newhouse and T.J. Lang took their talents to Southwest Park in De Pere.
"It goes towards a good cause, and by the time we're done with this, it's going to be pretty cool to drive by here and see and know you had a part in building that and it's going to touch a lot of kids and they're going to enjoy it," said Lang.
The Humana health group teamed-up with the Packers for this year's playground build.
The playground will be kid-ready Wednesday morning.
