Wis. DOT to Packer fans: Be ready for construction

MADISON (WKOW) – State transportation officials are warning Green Bay Packer fans that most major roads in northeast Wisconsin are still under construction.

Officials said major road ways have reduced lanes, shoulders and speed limits that can lead to backups and delays.  They said fans should allow plenty of extra time to get to Titletown.

The Packers open the season Sunday afternoon at Lambeau Field against the San Francisco 49ers.  Kick-off is set for 3:25 p.m.
