UPDATE: 3 killed in Ozaukee County crash

TOWN OF SAUKVILLE (WKOW) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials say the death toll has risen to three from a car crash in the Town of Saukville late Monday night.

The sheriff's office say the one vehicle crash happened around 10:50 p.m. on Monday on a service road to Hawthorne Hills Golf Course in the Town of Saukville. Officials say the vehicle left the road, hit several trees and split in two.

The two passengers, 23-year-old Stephen Miller, of Port Washington, and 21-year-old Jayme Ceplina, of West Bend, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver, 25-year-old Nicholas Snow of Germantown, was taken to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, where he was later pronounced dead.

Authorities say speed and alcohol may have contributed to the crash.

The driver of the vehicle, a 25-year-old Germantown man, was taken to the hospital by air.

The crash happened shortly before 11 p.m. on Monday. Authorities say speed and alcohol may have contributed.
